Hi all, My contract expired in 2020 and went to upgrade and found the offers appauling, so had a look around and found an amazing deal on a Pixel 6 https://tutuapp.uno/ https://showbox.bio/... It's a new contract is there any way to port my old number across? MOBI is next to useless and all i can find on their site is portin numbers from other networks.

Any suggestions

Not quite sure who MOBI are @hideto Google certainly can't find anything but they should be able to issue you with a PAC to port your number to another network.  When you have the new contract and PAC complete and submit this form: Keep My Number .  Alternatively, you should be able to submit the PAC at time of order.

edited to add:  The only thing I can find for MOBI is they are a virtual US network, quite sure that won't apply.  Presumably, you are wanting to take out a new contract with Vodafone UK.

Hi @hideto

Unfortunately Vodafone UK cant take ownership of your mobile number unless you provide a Pac issued by your previous network.

PAC Codes can be requested via the Network's Customer services or sometimes via a text via a specific shortcode your current network uses.

I wish you all the best.  :Smiling:

The description "next to useless" makes it sound like they meant TOBI.

Unless you are taking out a loan plan for the phone, I would not take out a plan that includes a handset. You're likely to see around a 15% price rise next year.
