How does one get support?

 

I have been trying for many days to reach an English-speaking human.

TOBI just clearly does not work...,

Phone lines take you in circles before cutting you off...

Chat support stuff are either not knowledgeable or do NOT communicate in clear English. The representative agreed with the following, which clearly does not make sense "If I want to continue my watch, I can continue my system roll over and continue using contract?”

I'd suggest the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM > Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.

I have had the EXACT same experience.

Tried two live chats

Tried Tobi

Called twice

I just want to BUY something from Vodafone

But Vodafone wont speak to me

I found a simple solution... O2
