Hi, Im trying to apply for my 10% Student Discount using my Open University email which is not being accepted as a valid email: ******@ou.ac.uk ? The university is on the list of Universities. Can anyone please help. Thankyou

Hi I'm Ali,  I'm new to the forums and moved mobile contract over to vodafone. I am trying to apply for a student discount but open university email is not being accepted ******@ou.ac.uk ? Please I need some help the uni is on the list. Many thanks.

Hey @Ali-F - your .ac.uk email address should be accepted and the Open University is on the participation list. Are you trying to add this discount within the first 60 days of buying your contract? Do you have any other numbers that are already receiving a discount with this email address? Pop back and let me know 😊
