Hi,
I purchased my new phone in March with a trade-in option to get £15 off my monthly bill. I keep contacting Vodafone since then on regular basis but nobody can sort out my problem and on each occasion, they just waste an hour of my time going through the same process over and over again. I am fed up with Vodafone's Customer Service as each department is pointing at the other and the whole process just getting in a loop with no solution. I am thinking of cancelling my contract and going to another provider as this is nonsense. This is my final try and then I leave as I haven't been so unhappy and annoyed because of a simple matter... Hope somebody can help me!

The Vodafone Social Media Team's can't help via your post here as there is no account access but they can via Twitter DM or Facebook Messenger.

I appreciate you've lost some confidence in Vodafone Customer services but they should be helping getting this resolved.
You can also escalate this via the complaints/code-of-practice route. Be aware that the Vodafone Social Media Team's also are involved with customer escalations too.
I know your contemplating leaving the network. A person has a 14 day cooling off period only to leave without paying an Early Termination Fee.
