For some reason my Vodafone app has logged me out but I can still see half of my things when I click to see my full bill it's telling me to log in I put the right details but tells me it's wrong I did the forget password but when I get the email to reset my password all there is in the email is a Vodafone picture nothing else how on earth am I meant to reset my password

In regards to your App try something similar to....

Close the App down in your multi tasking so it's not open, then....

Settings, Apps, Myvodafone App, Storage, Clear Cache and if necessary also Clear Data.

Re Launch the App and see what happens. 

Depending on your phone this route maybe different.

Another options is to Uninstall the app and then go into your Playstore and then mylibrary and delete it from there too and then download a fresh install.

 

In regards to your Password if the route isn't working via the reset method then contact customer services and they'll help.
