I purchased an offer with a new sim card. Since I received it I have no signal so I contacted the customer services through live chat. I was told my order is still open and they need to submit an escalation form. It was on Sunday (today is Saturday), I was told it’s gonna be solved in 24hrs but it didn’t. On Monday I went to the store to ask for help. They processed the escalation form again but nobody has done anything about it. I revisited the store 4 times during the week. My order is still open and nobody from vodafone is helping to solve the case.

Which make and model of phone are you wanting to unlock to all networks @julia81234 ?
I ask as some phone's need a Nuc and others such as the iPhone do not as they are unlocked centrally by Apple after Vodafone ask them to do so.
Now more and more phones being supplied by Vodafone are already unlocked to all Network's out of the box.
You could ask the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Twitter DM or Facebook Messenger for support too.
