I have taken a 24 month contract out with Vodafone and am trying to keep the number I was using with my Voxi pay monthly contract but it will not accept my PAC code

Voxi is Vodafone and you can't port a number to the same network.

I'm not sure but you might need to follow the same process as moving from pay go to pay monthly by filling out this form:
