Can anyone please confirm whether Vodafone maximum download speed caps only apply to unlimited data plans? I am looking to take out a new pay monthly phone contract with a monthly data allowance of either 54gb or 60gb & I just want to double check that my download speed on any plan I choose that is not an unlimited plan would be unrestricted.
