Poor Service

Terrible service received from the store located at Stratford London. 

I bought my phone in offer there was free chrome book with it staff named Akash did not pass the correct information due to this I can't claim it now.

Top of it when I went to the store to inquire a person who was attending at front desk just said u have to wait for it. He did not asked any of the detail and send me back from the door

When we visited again the same store for inquire Manager named Oozy behaved very rudely and Aakash who served us blaiming us that u r coming after 2 months and when we explained about last visit they just said that we can't do anything.

They were so rude and was not ready to except their fault and they just put everything on our shoulder.

Wants to mentioned about Manager Oozy's behaviour. He was very very rude to everyone not only to the customers but to the staff also. He was behaving like we are beggars. And inspite of attending customers he was moving from here and there seems like he was ignoring us.
