Poor service and coverage

There are numerous customers complaining about the lack of coverage on vodafone since 3g was turned off.  My coverage for my phone and my colleagues has deteriorated significantly and we have no way of getting any customer service to respond to it. 

Its painful working with Vodafone, no compensation or apologies for such terrible service.  

We will be moving all our company phones away from this network.

Hi @andy_yello - it's not good to hear this has got to the stage that it has. We understand the importance of having the best coverage available. When you enter the postcodes of where you go to, onto our Network Status Checker, it will show the expected coverage for those areas. If you're seeing different than what's showing, then we can take a look at the sites in your area and what's happening. So that we can do this, please message us on Social Media.
