Proof of purchase so slow!

Juliamay

I requested proof of purchase for my insurance claim 7 days ago and still no sign if it even though it's only meant to take 3 days. I've phoned Vodafone multiple times but keep getting sent back to the same form, which I've submitted many times.  Is anyone else having this problem or am I doing something wrong? And is there any other way I can get proof of ownership!?

thanks

Hi @Juliamay

Follow the link from About the Community, Contact us for Account Specific Enquiries on the forum home page you will then be in direct contact with the Social Media Team.

You may also be needing proof of IMEI blacklisting to complete your insurance claim, the Team will be able to get this for you.

I too am in this predicimate right now. I am awaiting this document from Vodafone before my claim can even be accepted and my phone sent for repair.

I need my phone to be sent for repair like yesterday, Not awaiting days and weeks for this simple document.

Can somebody help?

@JR1

The Vodafone Social Media Team's don't have access to accounts via the forum.

You could shoot them a message via Facebook or DM via Twitter to chase an update to a request for the proof of purchase documentation.

@Juliamay At the moment there is a delay with our Proof of Purchase team - at the moment we're advising customers this can take up to 30 days but you may receive it much faster than this. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing!
