Afternoon all, would it possible for one of the eForum team to get in touch please? Im having a nightmare obtaining a proof of usage email from Vodafone cs.

I don't believe that the customer service team have access to e-mail.
The best way to obtain what your looking for would be to fill out this form
It gives proof of purchase, usage, contract and barring.

Evening all, still no joy. I've filled the form in 3 times now and it keeps coming back as a proof of purchase and in German...
If you're after proof of usage, you'll need a copy of your bill.
You can view these on your My Vodafone online account.
If you'd prefer email copies, you can request these via our Live Chat team. They'll be happy to help.
The form was completed within 15 days with the request and the same has already been answered by Vodafone.
