Hi there
Wondering if anyone can give me some advice. I've recently moved to another country and the cost of using my phone here on my current vodafone contract is crazy high. I'm looking to get a SIM contract with a local network provider,
However my current contract with vodafone also has me paying £6 a month to pay off my Samsung A32. On my Vodafone dashboard it has the SIM and the phone as 2 seperate plans, but I thought I'd enquire here as to whether I could cancel my SIM contract but keep paying off the phone? would i need to pay off the phone entirely first? Would there be early cancellation fees involved?
Trying to get through to customer service but their TOBI AI thing doesn't work
Thanks

You would be on a Evo contract @LawrenceL342 . You need to pay off the device part of the contract and you will be released from the airtime part of the contract. See here: Evo 'can I cancel my airtime plan early' The airtime contract will continue on a 30 day basis until you cancel.
To cancel the airtime see here: Cancel Account . Follow the guide through, if you have an online account the quickest way would be through your account.
