Hi. I have few lines with Vodafone. Im paying about 310 per month for all of them. Right now because of covid im struggling to make payments. Im thinkin to not pay so bodafone can cancel all of them and sell my debts to lowell or other company. My question is how its gonna be look like this transition ? Its better to pay 50£ per month than 310. Please let me know. Thanks

Can you not cancel any of them or are any near the end of their minimum term?
If you have problems paying your bills, you need to contact Vodafone and discuss it with them as soon as possible. You will face years of problems once your credit file shows you have missed payments and defaulted on your debt.
Vodafone also list a few organisations here that may be useful to discuss this with.

If you contact Vodafone Customer services or the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Twitter DM or Facebook Messenger they can discuss what options are available for you.
They can agree to a payment programme with you but this can be reported on your Credit File which can impact on your credit score.
However just not paying won't mean Vodafone will cancel the contracts.
They can after exhausting all means of collection and as you've mentioned pass your details to a Debt Collection Agency.
This can then also be reported onto your Credit File via a default that lasts 6 years causing issues if you then want to apply for any further services that require a Credit Check.
These are free sites and charities that give good financial help and information as well as places like Citizens Advice etc.
My advice is to create a list of incoming and outgoing costs and see if you can prioritise what to pay.
I wish you all the best with this.

I spoke with vodafone. The only thing they can do its promise to pay which im now useing, and it not helping. I think its better to cancel it and after few month when debt collectors contact me do paying plan for 50£ per month

Hi @Chazychaz12, we know that you've previously spoken to our customer service team, we would recommend that you contact us by a private message on Facebook or Twitter. Our team can review your bills and see if there are any extras that can be added on for any additional services used, this may work out cheaper. The team can also review your commitment dates and check when you can move the services over to a SIM Only contract. We would not recommend to just stop paying as any late or missed payments will be recorded on your credit file.
