So, nearly at the end of this pay monthly 2 yr plan and going into the site there is an 'upgrade' button. But as you click through there is no indication other that a service fee of £3.xx. When I go. to other options it tells me I am adding a plan. The present cost is an eye-watering £21.25/mth so there must be something a bit cheaper around.
So, what happens when my present plan ends? I don't want auto-renewal, I want some choice, maybe simply leave and get another airtime contract.

Networks are obliged to notify when in the last month of contract by text @thistle to let you know all the options. If you don't do anything, the contract will roll over on a month to month 30 day contract until you make a decision.
