Hi I was wondering if someone would know what to do I was supposed to get a early upgrade but not get charged until next bill stood at till supermarket and realised 250 pound gone from my account left me and my kids with nothing at first then called bank got refund after I was assured by someone in Vodafone this was best thing to do everything was supposedly sorted on Vodafones end fast forward 2 days later the same money has been taken from my account and now bank is refusing to give money back again I was assured again by someone in Vodafone AGAIN that it would be sorted but now my 4 and 6 year old and myself are left with no money and no food what can I do please someone I'm lost

Also I have not received phone yet because phone isn't in stock yet
