I have been trying for 4 days to purchase a SIM only plan online. I keep being prompted there is an error in my personal information. I have checked and double checked and checked again. All the information is correct. I have chatted with an agent who tells me there must be an error....but I can't seem to speak with anyone who can tell me what the error actually is. As I mentioned, I've checked all my banking details, address details and every dotted I and crossed T but I can't find what the issue is.

Thank you so much 63johnw. I still wasn't able to get my purchase completed but using a different browser actually allowed a chat pop-up to appear. I spoke with an agent and it seems the link I had to the Sim deal doesn't exist. It was a 3rd party site that provided the link but Vodafone haven't done that deal for two years. It was so great to find out that was the reason. Much appreciate your suggestion of changing browser.
