Since last week we have been experiencing problems because one of our company's URLs (https://cdn0.bodas.com.mx/usr/2/2/3/5/utmr_4202235.jpg?r=69705) is being consider "unsafe" by Secure Net, and therefore our users with Secure Net enabled are not able to reach it.
The aforementioned URL is only an image and should not be considered unsafe or malicious, so we believe is a false positive.
The solution of disabling scanning/whitelisting url from the client side cannot be considered, and unfortunately the support from Vodafone has not been helpful either.
I have opened a thread in this forum last week (https://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Pay-monthly/Secure-Net-Incorrectly-blocking-company-website/m-p/2694...) which has not received a response yet. We are concerned that this situation can potentially affect us, including the loss of trust and customers.
Could you please help us with this case?
Additionally, Is there a more "direct" way in which companies and site owners can contact Secure Net technical support and report these false positives? I've seen similar issues posted on this forum and I think there should be a way to do it.
