Why do I have to contact you on Facebook or Twitter when I can send you a message from here? I'm not on Facebook or Twitter so what's the alternative?
I've tried your live chat bot and it doesn't understand very much. I'm now in a queue for something but I don't really know what or how I'll be notified when my number is called.
