Hi.

I received my new contract phone yesterday. During the Order process i provided my PAC number (from giff gaff). My new phone is allowing me to sent texts/make calls but any incoming texts/calls are still being received on my old phone which i can still call and text from. I cannot set up a My Vodafone account either with my number.

Is this normal? I was expecting it to sort itself out overnight but still having the same issue ☹. Is there anything else I need to do? Do i need to let vodafone know the Sim details?

It sounds like the port is still in progress @Rachel80_ and will be completed later today. Usually a quick turn off and back on does the trick. There is further information for you on this link What happens on the day my number moves to Vodafone? 

As far as your account is concerned, when the number has fully ported and account is fully set set up on the network you will be able to link the Application. Until the first bill has been received you won't see your usage.  Further information for you here: First Bill
