Hi.

I am now eligible for a upgrade in April this year 2021 but my Agreement ends in June. But if I upgrade now will I still have to pay the early termination fee. I know you pay the early termination fee if you move networks

Are you looking at the following What-s-a-Flexi-upgrade-and-how-do-I-get-one. 

Your not terminating the contract as such but just starting a new one earlier than normal.

The above link explains how to find out how much it'll cost you to go down this route.

Or wait until your current contract reaches full term and then see what's available.

Sometimes better upgrade deals are available nearer your contract end date.
