So I started the switch from plusnet on 12th Jan still haven't received my Sim card, promised it on 14th January I have no working phone as I'm in limbo. One simple question where is my Sim ? tried calling last night held for 30mins, tried online, for over 1 hour got absolutely nowhere with customer service who cant even answer a simple question then passed me over to another department and tried to upsell me a better Sim !! saying the deal I ordered doesn't exist anymore!! all I want is a working phone and this is the start of my move!!!
I have 9 emails talking about the order, 2 contradicting emails telling me different contract data allowances, 2 different order numbers !! What is going on absolutely P***ED off already God knows what calls I have missed this is unacceptable and down right pathetic. kind Regards Fraser Barnes

That's brilliant put me back through a stupid A.I which constantly asks for security clearance which texts my phone with a code!! unfortunately I have no network as Vodafone haven't sent me a sim card and have disconnected me from my previous supplier!!! so I have no phone as stated!!!!!!!!

The Social Media team can be reached by selecting the 'Message an adviser' option when you speak to the BOT. They can clear security without sending you an one time pass code in a text. We have no access to your account via this cannel unfortunately so in order to get this issue resolved, we will need you to reach out to the support teams @Pukka69er
