Spam Calls(?) from mobile numbers

Keep missing calls from random mobile numbers over the last few days. Multiple times a day all from different numbers. Assuming they are spam calls as when I try and call them back it’s either a dead tone or number not recognised.  

Extremely annoying as I am not always in a position to answer a calls right away but am also waiting on some important calls in relation to my business, so cannot distinguish between who may be a missed call and a spam call. (Some clients don’t leave VM or text.)

Has anyone else had this recently? I am thinking my number may have been leaked somewhere?

Hey there @Jambo1872 - I know spam calls can be a nuisance - there's a couple of things you can do to help stop these.

You can register with the TPS (Telephone Preference Service) to opt out of unwanted sales and marketing calls or report the caller to us by texting CALL to 7726 - we'll then ask you to send the phone number you want to report.

Waste of time contacting Vodafone on blocking unwanted callers. Either have to put up with the nuisance or purchase a more expensive phone or move to TalkTalk. Disappointing.

@Jambo1872 Look at your list of received calls and see if there is the function to block those numbers.
