Split Porting Issue nighmare

Hi All, 

 

I moved to Vodaphone 2 weeks ago now and too a week to get my number to work. It lasted around 4 hours and then the my old number discosnnected from vodafone which has left me with no number at all. It taken weeks now and still haven't had my phone number ported over. I have had some many errors that have occurred and been passed around all the time.  I am on my 4th Sim, had Sim Swap done twice at in the store and still my number has not been transferred over.  I keep chasing vodafone for my number which I have had for 27 years. This is my life line to my kids, mum and work. Now I have been told there is a Sim Split issue, however this has looks like its been resolved but now the recent sim swap which was done 4 days ago is still pending. I have asked for my PAC code so i can leave an go somewhere else however this is not possible also at the moment, even a PAYG sim. 

 

I am so fed up with all of this and spending hours each day on hold and bouncing around the teams/back offices/managers etc..

Hi @robbie251642 This is absolutely not the type of experience we ever want our customers to have and I'm sorry that this is still ongoing. So we can take a look into this further, please drop the Social Media team a message here as we have no account access on the community. 

I have just been on the phone again to your CS team for over an hour. This is still not resolved and been told it has been escalated again to the back office team, but now as urgent to a Manager. All should be working tomorrow, which I don't believe at all.
