Hi 

 

Hope all is well!

 

i had issues for 12 days+ my number transfer went wrong I can call out but no one call me apart from fellow vodaphoner’s.

 

I want to get the issue resolved 

 

please can you advise or help further

Not a great start to your user experience with Vodafone :Sad_face:

12 days is far too long.

What you have is called a Split Port.

As there is no account access assistance via this forum please contact Live Chat  or call 191 or contact the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries using Twitter or Facebook and link back to your thread here including your forum username so your not having to repeat yourself and they'll get your details passed to Vodafone's Porting In Teams.

Sorry to jump on this post after so long but I am having the same issue and come across this post.  Did you get this resolved in the end. I have been having the same issue since 14th November. Haven’t been able to receive calls since I ported in November and seem to be hitting a brick wall every time I go to Vodafone for help. Thanks
