No, the Vodafone offer for Spotify is for a single account.
If you're looking for the family offer, this can only be done via Spotify themselves (there's no upgrade route with the Vodafone offer).
So I'd recommend taking one of the other Vodafone freebies if that's the route you're ultimately going to go down
