Still no trade-in bag and no way to run the trade-in tool

I started the trade-in process back in January. Ran the trade-in tool but didn't receive the trade-in bag.  Phoned, messaged, DM'd dozens of times to ask for a bag and was told that they'd send out another bag each time. Got through to the trade-in team once who also said that they'd also send a bag. 6 months later, still no bag. Can't contact trade-in team as the number disconnects. Customer service can't help. I've now received a text (on new phone) that says that I need to run the trade-in tool again on the trade-in phone by clicking the link in the text. How?? The phone is disconnected and can't receive texts! I've copied and pasted the text into an email, but it just links to a generic page that tells me to install (the already installed) trade-in tool and won't pick up the account link. Any ideas before Vodafone try to take away my discount?
