Struggle to change contract in Spain

I’m visiting my elderly parents in Spain and am trying to change their phone contracts as they are paying way too much. I cannot find an english version of the vodafone Spanish website, i am also some distance from the nearest store. Ive tried to log in via the english site but it won’t recognise spanish numbers. 

very frustrating.. my Spanish is not so hot unfortunately.  

any advice would be very much appreciated, thanks.

Unfortunately no-one at Vodafone in the UK will be able to assist.

However, there are web page translators out there that can translate whole web pages into different languages.

Or alternatively, their customer service staff do speak English as well. Their number is 22189 and that is their dedicated English speaking phone number - you’ll need to call that from a Vodafone Spain phone though. Hope that helps.
