Hi,
I have just upgraded my plan, which includes entertainment again. However I have been told I need to cancel the old subscription before I activate the new one. Every page I have been sent to cancel with doesn’t work! Please can someone help me cancel as it says it will charge me?

Go to https://offers.vodafone.com/gb
Enter your Mobile no to verify your Account.
It will take you to your Entertainment Subscription Page.
You will see which Package you are subscribed too. You can click on it and will see option s to cancel it
