Switching account into someone else’s account.

Hi so I have 2 contacts out under my name, one for me and one for my now ex partner. I’m wanting to transfer 1 of the contacts, (device and airtime) into my ex partners name as I’m worried his not going to pay his side of the contract and I’ll be stuck paying for it, is there any way I can transfer 1 of the contracts under him.

However there is some criteria that needs to be met. 

One such criteria being ~

" The person you're transferring to must be aged 18 or over and give permission for both a credit and identity check "
