Tablet/Mobile Broadband Upgrade help

I am eligible for a upgrade on  my tablet, my app says to call 191 which in turn tells you to look on the app.  

I tried the online assistance and asked what is available for me to upgrade to at a similar cost, the only reply I got was that I could upgrade to anything and what did I want. Which I don’t know because I don’t know what’s available hence asking. 

Does anyone know how I can see what is available to me as I can’t find it anywhere, 

 

Pretty sure I’m going to cancel now but still want to see what’s available.

The best way to get an idea of available devices through Vodafone will be from the website here: ipads and tablets 

 

As an existing upgrading customer you should be entitled to a loyalty discount and will be something Customer Services will be able to discuss.  Your online account will give some suggestions.
