Hello.
I signed to Vodafone B/B and landline phone, as an offer of a tech Pack ( in August 2021) due to having mobile sim's.
Looked a good deal, as Vodafone speeds were all I needed too.
anyway, after phoning back & forth to Vodafone & Amazon, I still haven't got anywhere with the Tech Pack?
Both Vodafone & amazon are blaming each other. This is not very professional, is it!!!
I do have a complete recorded transcript of the conversation I had on a "chat line" with their manager, who informs me that I AM due a tech Pack, and to contact someone called...."Getgophone" Yes, they told me to contact Vodafone..... No surprise there then.🙄
Can anyone on here help/advise me please?

You : Not really Rahul, but after this experience I'm not confident. Is there a way of contacting you dirct if it should go pear shaped again?
Rahul : Robert, I am sure in order to help you with the promotional offer the team who can help is the one whose details I shared as Vodafone provided the offer from a Third party service provider. As we already have shared your order details with them, I am sure they shall be able to help you redeem your claim.
Rahul : I can assure you that you need not have to contact us about this issue anymore.
Rahul : Because Vodafone would not be able to track the promotional offer provided from our end, the team who shall contact you will be able to help you further redeem your claim from their end only.

No, and someone form Vodafone will pick your post up in due course. However, as this is an account-related issue, you'd be better off making contact via Facebook or Twitter. You can put a link to the forum in there so that you don't have to repeat yourself.

Thank you for the quick reply.
As you might have noted, I have been all around the roundabouts, so to speak lol.
Vodafone the Getgophone (never heard of them) Amazon etc.
So I'll do as you advise and post on Facebook thanks. But What do I do about posting, please?

Hi @foxleybob, thanks for getting in touch. I've checked and it says: Once you have completed your Vodafone Home Broadband order, you will receive an email or MMS within 14 days confirming that you have qualified for your Amazon Tech Pack. We will then send you your fulfilment details 21-28 days after your broadband has been connected. So you should have received something by now.
So we can take a closer look into this, as @hrym advised please get in touch via Facebook, or contact us on Twitter. You can find more information on doing this here. Please also provide a link to this thread, along with your username; so you won't have to explain yourself again.

Yes, I thought I would get a notification about the Tech Pack, but I didn't. I searched methodically through my "spam box" also.
How do I put a message onto Facebook, please?
There seem to be NO Vodafone links or whatever on there???

OK, I managed to get to Vodafone chat line after several attempts.
but it's next to useless, I ask for an agent and there's NO reply.

You can find information on contacting us via our social channels here @foxleybob. You can't add an attachment (as they cant be moderated), but you can add a photo using the camera icon above the text box.
