Vodafone recently cancelled my back up mobile account ending 191. Long story. I contacted Vodafone on 1 December 2022 and despite talking to 5 very pleasant members of staff throughout December in Customer Services and Complaints, who I am sure did their best and assured me my account would be re-connected within 24-48 hours, it was not until I spoke to Amina on 3 January 2023 that I finally got my account re-connected. Amina did a fantastic job calling me back to check whether the problem was sorted on 3 occasions. My account is now live again and I am delighted. If Vodafone Managers read this please Thank Amina on my behalf as on our last call on 6 January I had to hang up whilst on hold as going out for a lunch appointment. Did not mean to appear rude so can Amina's Manager pass on my praise and recognise what a great employee Vodafone have.

In order to make sure the lovely feedback gets back to the right agent we need to access your account and then we will be able to trace the agent. Our Social Media team, LiveChat team or the teams on 191 can do this. Just make sure to ask them to access the account to find the agent that gave you such great service 😊

Got through to live chat Team after useless TOBi Bot just got confused. Live chat Team answered then too busy to chat told me to try again later due to heavy workload etc. Given that I am trying to praise a Vodafone employee not complain why fob me off? Surely, once chat Team chatting to a customer the agent doesn't just stop mid chat to say too busy to chat try later????? Give in. Third attempt to just praise one of Vodafone's agents 😕 Wasted enough time.

I do not have a Twitter or Facebook account. to use Social media. . What should be a simple process obviously isn't. Please pass on my complimentary comments to who it may concern or not . I'll leave it up to you. Not spending any more time going round in circles to contact a Vodafone Complaints Department Manager to pass on a complement about one of their Agents.

Seems about as painful as my experience in getting my number reconnected after a migration went wrong. Been without my number a week now and it’s stuck “pending activation” 🤣
