I have got a letter from CCSCollect that i have got outstanding balance of £25.28. I wanna discuss to somebody about it i tried to call on vodafone halpline but when i entered my old number it says this is a wrong number so can somebody give me a call back on my new numer [Removed] so that i can discuss about it and then i can pay it off Thanks.

Please remove your current number from your post as this is an open forum. ( flagged )
Try calling 0333 304191 and ignore the prompts to input your old Vodafone number and it should revert to letting you get through to an agent.
Alternatively pay the debt to the debt collection agency or if your refuting this bill then you could try using the Vodafone Social Media Team's for assistance.
Let the Debt collection agency know your refuting the bill, so they stop collection on the debt themselves and pass this back to Vodafone.
There is no account access via this forum so you can't be helped from here.
Be aware that because this has got to the extent of a debt collection agency becoming involved, then Vodafone may have added a 6 year default on your Credit File. You can check via Experian or one of the other Credit House's.
If they have and again you refute this then the Social Media Team's have a dedicated Credit File Specialist Team who can investigate further.
