Trade In Problem

Was told in Eastleigh Vodaphone branch yesterday that staff don’t do trade ins and don’t know how to use the trade in tool.  Called Vodaphone today as had functionality problem using the Vodaphone trade in tool

in the app. The customer advisor said “just take it to your branch” they will help!!!! Something not right customer service what is the correct answer????

Yes @Dubber you complete the trade in form with the IMEI and your mobile number here: Vodafone Trade In 

Do remember that Trade In applies to selected devices.  If the phone is accepted you will be sent a prepaid return envelope, you will need to get proof of posting or you can take the phone to a store for return.

The problem is that my local store say they aren’t trained to use the trade in tool and have been told not to do this  for customers, yet Vodaphone customer service today say that branch store staff should be offering to help with this ……

The trade in tool in Vodaphone app is not working and gets stuck at 68% at the point where it is supposed to prompt you to do a screen damage check by taking a picture of your phone in a mirror. This is a shambles and they won’t help in store at Vodaphone .
