Trading in My Phone

I have just upgraded my phone and as part of the deal I need to trade in my old phone. I have been round the houses calling numbers, having on-line chats and have got nowhere. Can anyone help please?

With many thanks for this. Managed to speak with someone eventually by just phoning my local store. Apparently a bag will be sent out to me in the next few days for me to return my phone.

Tip.

Considet Taking time and dated stamped pictures of the phone with one of it turned On just to show it's aesthetic condition and that it powers up.
