I have completed a request to transfer ownership of three mobile contracts on 12 November. I haven't heard anything from Vodafone (except an automatic email saying thanks etc) and neither has the person I'm transferring to - the 10 working days were up yesterday. I can't speak to anyone at Vodafone about what has happened to my application and it's essential I have these phones transferred before Wednesday 2nd Dec. Can anyone help me?
The new owner will need to be credit checked, and that may be what's holding things up. Drop the Social Media team a line on Facebook or Twitter and they'll be able to investigate for you.
Thanks, I've done that and am waiting for a response.
The auto email I received initially said the new owner would be contacted straight away, I am concerned that neither of us have heard anything and it's been over two weeks.
