UNABLE TO PAY MY VODAFONE MONTHLY BILL ONLINE

Hi Vodafone Team,

I ported my number from a corporate account to a personal account in August 2024. Since then not once have been able to make payment online via my registered account. Tried it via different browsers - Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari, and all were unsuccessful. 

I have neither been able to register for direct debit nor make the payments. I was unnecessarily charged £5 when there is an issue on the "My Vodafone" portal. 

Willing to provide any artifacts as necessary to resolve this urgently. Awaiting support team's engagement at the earliest.
