I keep getting the error message "Something's not right with your personal details" whenever I try to checkout with any product that requires a credit check.
If I call-up customer support are they going to be able to tell me which detail/s I'm somehow getting incorrect?
Despite not entering my details incorrectly, I've even signed up to Equifax to get the dates I was registered on the electoral register to double check what it thinks (and tried the dates as they differ slightly). Everything else is identical and yet the error persists, I've even tried filling in the checkout web form with copy/pasted details from Equifax.

I can appreciate how frustrating this must be.
It might be beneficial to clear the cache and browsing data of your Internet browser in order to start again with a cleaned up page.
Customer Services will be able to access your account just to check all is looking OK at their end.
