Hi,
Just completed an upgrade for me and my wife. Got two WEB numbers, and the two handset fees have been taken from my bank account. However not had any email confirmation nor is there any indication of the order on my Vodafone account.
Spoke on chat to customer services and they said the references don’t exist but they’d be happy to assist me with another upgrade.
I just want to know if they went through! Has anyone else has this issue?

You won't have anything to be concerned about @steveb23 Vodafone will keep you updated throughout the order process. As you have only just completed the order and this will be a new credit agreement for the device, there is the credit check to clear. Vodafone recommend waiting 24 hours for confirmation of the order here: Orders
Depending on the device being in stock, you should hear something by next week. You won't be able to track the order until dispatch, but you will be able to see the order in the system from this link Order Tracker
