for 2 weeks now i have been trying to upgrade via the website or the app it tells me i am due an upgrade then i get the following error as attached
The app is the same have tried 4 different browsers same thing
Tried online chat who couldn't help and told me to ring for options
But tbh link should work and i want to see onscreen the options available to me surely that isn't too much to ask ?

I upgraded one of my numbers online on Sunday so the system definitely works in general terms. Whatever your problem us, it's specific to you and that's why customer services need to check your account. Or there's a problem with the computer you're using. Good luck solving the problem.
