Upgraded my monthly plan to unlimited data but still don't have any after over a week

Hello,

 

I on Thursday 18/03/21 I upgraded my monthly plan to unlimited data. My bill was due on the 30th, which I have paid, but I still have no mobile data. I have restarted the phone several times and the APN is connected.

Is there anyone who would be able to assist me with this, as I can't go to a physical branch and talking to TOBi on the live chat did not seem to work.

(I have an iPhone 7 plus)

Just a few questions if I may …

Is mobile data turned On in your phone's settings @YasminC 

Are you seeing any data connection such as 3G or 4G in the phone's status bar etc.

Is this happening everywhere or in one area ?

Vodafone status-checker. 

Network-issues-initial-checks-and-template. 

As a process of elimination try your sim card in another phone and then see what happens.

Take a look in your myvodafone to ensure all is fine there.

Text WEB to 40127 to get the apn settings again.

Hook up to iTunes via a computer if you can which may help.

Live Chat , customer services on 191 or the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries  can check your account.
