Upgrading contract/ from handset upgrade to sim only

Hi I'm with Vodafone for 4 years. My contract with handest will end on 5th Jun. The problem is I would like to go for sim only deal 12 months. It's possible to upgrade right now? Or I must wait till 6th of Jun?

You can certainly call 191 or use Live Chat and ask them what it would cost you in regards to any fee's from changing your contract earlier than your upgrade date / contract end date @rafcio007 

Not knowing your tariff costs right now to what you want to change to then my initial reaction would be to advise to wait until your contract end date and then change to sim only as not to pay any fee's.
