Hello,
What does it mean on my itemisation bill when it shows VPN? i.e. an outgoing call, showing the number and arrow and VPN?

Have you been making calls while connecting to a VPN?
Have you seen this on your bills before or this the first time?
Were you making calls from your mobile number or your landline number?
