Hi, I've been trying to use my vodafone advantage discount via the website. After reading other threads, I see that this now needs to be applied at the point of purchase rather than after purchase. The website to generate the discount code (https://advantage.vodafone.co.uk/) isn't working and gives some random error messages.
Is this a known issue/maintenance? If so, when should it be resolved?

Your right the link to start is down right now.
You could try asking customer service on 191, Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.
However it may have to be a case of periodically checking back on that link.
Clearing your browsers cache, cookies and browsing history can sometimes help so your not re launching the same page that's currently unavailable.
The Vodafone Social Media Teams will advise the relevant department that the page is showing as unavailable.

Hey @blueberry2192 - that's right, you need to get this before and then use it when you place your order.
As @BandOfBrothers has mentioned, we're having some issues with the page right now and we're working hard to get it back up and running. Please keep checking back and periodically clearing your cache/cookies too 👍
