Hi All,
My mortgage has been refused and i'm told its because of a mark on my credit report from Vodafone.
This was issues in error and Vodafone claimed they have sorted the issue but clearly haven't.
Does anyone know how I can talk to the credit report team please?
If I cant sort this urgently I may lose my house.

As the Credit File Specialist Team's are not customer facing @russellmartintv the fastest way is via Facebook or Twitter and engage with the Vodafone Social Media Team's.
They'll collate your info and pass this onto their Credit File Specialist Team.

Also you could ask Experian to put a Notice of Correction if the default is 100% wrong.
