Vodafone Issues? Nope, is just normal.

Hello Vodafone, I wonder wich of my previous advisors will gona respond to this question. Let’s start.

I have a Monthly Contract, 32…£/month. Unlimited Max and my problem is that your internet service is worse than some phantom pay as you go sim cards…. How is this possible: 2 weeks ago I got 2-10 mb/s for 2 days in a row. Talked with obe of your advisors and it went back to normal. After 1 week I talked with 3-4 advisors and the same think happened. Friday night again(third time is lucky?)… Nope, again. Tonight my internet speed jumps in the same speed test from 20 to 120 and back to 40…. I can’t watch a video, I can’t do anything. Sometimes I’m not able even to connect with you and I have to use my broadband because why not, I’m paying it but is working, not like Vodafone. One time it was maintenance work, another time I had to “update” your internet settings. Now if I’ll contact your team they’ll gonna tell me to jump from 10th floor(maybe it will gonna work).

I’ve tried all options to solve this problem, everything your team told me to do, what’s is next? Close my direct debit with you? Tell me what should I do next? I was in the same room with 3 users, all of them with your sh**** service. Just one of us was able to watch something, Ok, they had a bigger phone….(this sounds funny)….

How much I should pay for your services if I have problems every 2-4 days? Can you tell me? I pay 32£ just for Internet, what should I pay!!!!
For this question I can reply myself:

Nothing, nothing and nothing. Maybe I will use something from Europe and use roaming… anyway, your service is poor, maybe you have too many customers, who knows.

Hi @aandone19

I certainly feel your pain in regards to mobile data speeds and connection.

I have resorted to having two different network sim cards in my phone and my phone set to switch to one or the other depending on connection.

The team here can look at your issue if you use the following template > Network-issues-initial-checks-and-template.

I think you know the possible ramifications of ending the direct debit which can lead to late or non payment with the possibility of this affecting your Credit Rating.

I wish you all the best.
