Morning All,
First time poster here.
I've recently had a complaint regarding an incorrect tariff being applied to my account. Yesterday I was assured that it was being resolved, however I now seem to be on the 'Universal Package' at £100 a month for 2GB Data, Unlimited Minutes and Unlimited SMS?
Clearly that's a ridiculous tariff that nobody would ever ever want, and so I'm wondering if this is maybe some sort of placeholder tariff whilst the correct tariff is applied to my account/the order for the right tariff completes?
Any guidance would be very much appreciated!
