Vodafone app has asked for a reset and won't let me in

The Vodafone app won't let me in. 

Said it needed a "reset ". Tried to log in but says there is a system fault and needs to send a text to my phone.  But the drop down list malfunctions and doesn't display any phone numbers.

Is this a known issue?

Hi @jx_geol We're not aware of any major issues with the app at the moment, sorry to hear you're facing trouble. Please ensure you're running the latest version of the app, installing any pending updates via your App Store. If you are running the latest version and are still facing trouble, please try removing and re-installing the app, or if possible trying the app reset via Settings (within the app) > App > Reset the app > Reset. It's working now, Lucy.  I went to bed, and, in the morning I was able to select my mobile phone to send the verification text to.
