Vodafone blocking company servers IP

Hi,

 

We have multiple emplyees and customers using codafone and it seems vodafone have blocked our company servers IP's.

 

They can be access from every network and every wifi but never when using vodafone 4g, I have attached a screenshot and a traceroute below.

 

Could you please tell me who I can contatc to get this resolved?

 

As you can see below they are getting blocked at 195.2.24.110 which is part of the vodafone network.

 

The ip's of our servers are 5.77.55.150 and 5.77.55.160

Hi @sbadr, I’m sorry you’re having problems emailing Vodafone. Please can you let us know what email address you’re trying to send these to? Also, are you sending emails from the email address you used to register here?

I am having the same problem. This is the message I got::

 

553-Sorry, your email address has been blacklisted. Please

553-contact VODAFONE GROUP SERVICES GMBH to have yourself

553 removed.

 

I have looked to see who to contact at Vodafone.de about this but I couldn't find anybody.

The sending email address is different from the email address that is registered on this forum. The email address the email was sent from is bob @ tekgia-news.com.

Any help with this would be much appreciated.

Thanks for getting in touch @brinnington, I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've had.

I can see you mentioned contacting Vodafone.de - are you a Vodafone Germany customer, or are you in the UK? Sorry if I've got confused somewhere, we only have access to Vodafone UK accounts; so I wanted to make sure I can help 👍

@sbadr I've raised this to our Specialist team for further investigation, I'll get back to you as soon as I have an update.

Just to let you know I'm still waiting on an update @sbadr - I'll be sure to get in touch as soon as I know more. 

I think this issue need to be escalated to the support team in INDIA who have solved it for me two years ago. The problem that I do not have a contact or escalation channel to them.

Thanks @sbadr, one of our specialists has checked the recipient email and said they can't seem to find it. Have you tried to send one to another Vodafone email that you could provide a screenshot of?

Thanks for your patience @sbadr. The reason this email is blocked is the domain “yourhostingaccount.com” is blacklisted in our SMG since October 2017.

We had multiple users reporting spam/malware emails from this domain; so won't be able to make any alterations to this. If you have any other questions don't hesitate to get back in touch.
